Refund Policy

We want you to love your FRAM Worldwide order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted on all items except dresses, which are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Window
Eligible items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
FRAM Worldwide covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns — you will not be charged to send an eligible item back to us.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number to start an eligible return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
